We invite you to take part in the project «Industrial Park», which is implemented both on the territory of the Industrial zone of Almaty, and in the Nauryzbay and Turksib districts of the city.
Currently, developers of industrial parks (Samruk Group LLP, kazstroytrade LLP, Brotmaster LLP, Ala Estate LLP, ADS Industries LLP) are completing construction and installation works on the sites. The official opening and launch of industrial parks will take place in 2021.
Production facilities are provided for small businesses on preferential terms:
— at a fixed rental rate for a period of 5-7 years (regardless of devaluation risks);
— it is possible to attract preferential loans at 2% for up to 6 years for leasing equipment, replenishment of working capital through subsidiaries of JSC «SEC» Almaty «(LLP » MFO «Almaty» and LLP «Almaty Finance»).
The cost of renting a room is 1000-1200 tenge/m2.
The cost of buying out the premises is up to 145,000 tenge/m2.
The total area of production facilities will be over 45 thousand m2. They will house production facilities in the construction, furniture, light and food industries.
Project development of small industrial parks are being implemented under the Program of development of small and average business «Almaty business — 2025» and is aimed at the development of local production, in accordance with the instructions of the First President of RK N.Nazarbayev.
