The main activities of Industrial zone – Almaty LLP are defined on the basis of the Law of April 03, 2019 “On special economic and industrial zones” and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1. interaction with state authorities on the functioning of industrial zones;
2. provision of land plots and provision of property lease (lease) or sublease (sublease) of infrastructure facilities to participants of the industrial zone;
3. conclusion and termination of contracts on the implementation of activities;
4. submission to the authorized body and the unified coordination center of reports on the results of activities of industrial zones in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body, based on quarterly reports of participants in industrial zones;
5. attracting potential participants of the industrial zone;
6. attracting investment for the construction of infrastructure facilities and other activities in industrial zones;
7. construction of infrastructure facilities in accordance with the approved design and estimate documentation on land plots not transferred to the participants of the industrial zone;
8. organization of the reception place for the functioning of the State Corporation “Government for citizens” on the principle of “one window” and other organizations that provide services to participants of industrial zones;
9. monitoring compliance with the terms of business agreements;
10. conducting marketing research on the creation of new production facilities in the industrial zone;
11. carrying out activities for the development and promotion of industrial zones;
12. providing information support to potential participants of industrial zones, applicants, participants of industrial zones, including organizing meetings of potential participants of industrial zones, applicants, participants of industrial zones with representatives of state bodies, associations of private business entities;
13. attracting investment for the implementation of industrial-innovative and investment projects in the industrial zone;
14. interaction and work with potential participants of industrial zones, applicants, participants of industrial zones on the principle of “one window»;
15. provision of utility, logistics and service services;
16. participation in public-private partnership projects;
17. provision of services for the development of business plans, feasibility studies, design estimates and other project documentation;
18. implementation of construction and installation works on the territory of the industrial zone and provision of such services to participants of the industrial zone;
19. implementation of works on improvement and maintenance of the territory of the industrial zone;
20. providing consulting and marketing services to the participants of the industrial zone;
21. implementation of technical supervision and provision of engineering services in the field of architectural, urban planning and construction activities for infrastructure and business activities being built on the territory of the industrial zone;
22. representation of the interests of participants in industrial zones within the framework of the implementation of the “one window” principle, including when interacting with state bodies when receiving public services and other organizations when receiving other services;
23. management of industrial zones in accordance with the Unified business support and development program ” Road map 2020»;
24. transmission of electrical energy;
25. the distribution of electrical energy.
